AI Training

for Management, IT and Staff

We support your AI adoption

Your team learns to use the tools and assess their outputs and limitations, with rules for data protection and accountability aligned with the GDPR and company policies.

Role-specific training helps meet the AI literacy requirements of Article 4 of the AI Act.

3 role-specific training programmes: Management, IT and Staff.

Management, IT and staff have different responsibilities. Each programme teaches people how to use AI in their role: in decision-making, development, systems management and day-to-day work.

CEOs and management

AI Executive Advisory

Five one-to-one sessions to build an opportunity map, select three use cases and define the elements of your company’s AI policy.

A session with a lawyer covers the AI Act, Italian Law 132/2025, GDPR, confidential data, intellectual property and client agreements.

Define a 90-day action plan, with responsibilities, budget and KPIs, and check initial progress with a 30-day follow-up.

With an international ESE certificate.

IT Managers and IT Specialists

A practical five-week programme, with four days of live lab sessions and one classroom day at ESE, to use AI to build an application integrated with your business system and review its code, permissions and security.

Experiment with RAG, agents and private and public AI models, and manage access and costs through an AI gateway.

With a legal session, an international ESE certificate and six months of community access.

Office and back-office staff

Using AI responsibly

Three hours of practice using tools authorised by your business, with real, anonymised work scenarios.

Learn to write effective prompts, check information and sources and protect business data.

Learn what to delegate to AI, what not to do and when to ask for help.

No technical skills are needed.

With a certificate of attendance.

Training with an ESE certificate

For the Management and IT programmes, we issue a certificate from the European School of Economics (ESE), an international business school.

The programme helps meet the AI literacy obligations under Article 4 of the AI Act. The certificate documents the training completed, which should be complemented by measures appropriate to your business’s roles, systems and risks.

From analysis to AI adoption

We start with an AI Audit to identify opportunities and priorities in your processes. Training prepares your team to use the tools and assess their results. You can then implement the project with Abila, your own team or other providers.

01 · AI Audit

Identify where AI is useful

Through the AI Audit, we analyse processes, data and activities. Your reports set out opportunities, requirements and priorities, with an estimated return on investment (ROI) based on expected costs and benefits.

02 · Training

Understand and assess AI

On your role-specific programme, you discover how AI can support you in your own work. Through practical exercises, you learn to write prompts, check results and assess responses.

03 · Implementation

Implement the project

You can implement the project with Abila, your own team or other providers, following the priorities identified in the AI Audit.

Funding for training

Training can be funded through grants, vouchers and programmes supported by European, national or regional funds.

We find suitable programmes for your business, prepare the application and manage reporting.
